Partners in Profit Program allows the retailer to return all unsold fabrics to MDS that did not sell at least 50% of the total quantity purchased in a year for a credit towards future purchases at the time of return. If a retailer cannot sell at least half quantity of the fabric bought from us within a year from the purchase date, we accept returns with credit towards future purchases at the time of the return as a sign of confidence in the sales of our fabrics. MDS uses advanced statistical analysis to predict and forecast consumer purchase patterns in various global markets and moves the inventory around a network of distribution channels in order to offer this unique program.
MDS is happy to use the Triple Convergence (Flow of Goods, Information and Capital) to offer unique advantages to its customers.
Free Web Presence: MDS understands the need to have a digital presence for our retailers. MDS using its subsidiary Kria Inc, provides free website and hosting for its Customers as long as they continue to place at least one order in a calendar year. Customer can optionally pay a nominal fee of $99 per year if they do not place an order.
The free website provided by MDS is based on a powerful Content Management System and can be used to manage content, setup a web front etc;. Further our subsidiary kria Inc can provide Custom development at very attractive prices using our offshore and onshore development teams.
